I purchased the car in 2018 as a bare shell.
Over a two year period the Torana was restored by my Dad and I. We completed most of the work ourselves, outsourcing only the paint and panel, upholstery and a few other small things.
It was definitely a big job, putting the puzzle together. Lots of parts to source and research required.
I now get to enjoy the Torana and often take the family for a Sunday drive.
It has been to the Bathurst 1000 and completed a lap parade. In March this year I am taking it to Tasmania for the GTR, GTR XU1 owners meeting, a 10 night trip around the island.
