Cooma Car Club and Coffey’s Hotel for Lunch

A small but keen group of CTC members and friends met at 9am in Hume and headed south down the Monaro Hwy to Cooma. The agenda for the day was a visit to the Cooma Car Club’s museum, followed by a quick cruise out to the lookout at Mount Gladstone (past the famed Flynn’s wrecking yard) and then back into Cooma itself for lunch at Coffey’s Hotel.
We had perfect weather for it (a little breezy but let’s not be fussy), not much traffic, the museum wasn’t crowded and the lunch at Coffey’s was very tasty and was a great quiet spot to park up the cars and enjoy a meal.
