First to arrive at Queanbeyan McDonalds were the five hatches, what a sight!
I remember a time when Laurie was the only person in the club with a hatch. We set up the cars and took a few photos.

Then it was time to rope off the car park, setup the banner and club trailer. It looked very professional.

After a while a few more people turned up and we had a total of 11 Toranas for the show. Not a bad turnout considering we had Marques in the Park the following day.

Jan did a great job collecting donations in the drive thru and Vish worked for 2 hours behind the counter. Everyone did their bit and we should pat ourselves on the back for such a great effort. We raised around $1000 in donations for the day.
WELL DONE!

There was alot of interest in the cars throughout the day and with the radio stations plugging the event (thanks to Laurie) we had some potential new members turn up. Look forward to seeing you guys at the next club meeting!

A great day was had by all and we are looking forward to a bigger and better event next year.
